摘要
目的观察富血小板血浆治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将60例患者按就诊时顺序用计算机随机数字法分成治疗组和对照组,两组各30例。对照组给予外用0.03%他克莫司软膏(每日1次),治疗组给予面部注射富血小板血浆每4周1次。两组疗程均为8周。结果治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为76.67%(P <0.05)。两组治疗4周后瘙痒评分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干燥、灼热、纹理、色素沉着、红斑治疗后评分值比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗8周后主观症状评分比较治疗组积分高于对照组(P <0.05),客观体征评分治疗组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论富血小板血浆治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and con-trol group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given 0.03%tacrolimus ointment for external use(once per day),and the treatment group was injected with PRP on the face for 1 time every 4 weeks.The treat-ment in the two groups lasted for 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 93.33%and 76.67%respectively(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,symptoms including dry,burning,texture,pigmentation and erythema were improved(P<0.05)except itching(P>0.05).The scores of subjective symptoms in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after 8-week treatment(P<0.05)and the score of objective signs in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion PRP in the treat-ment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis has a good clinical effect.
