摘要
目的分析复方甘草酸苷与硫酸羟氯喹治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月至2019年7月在我院接受同一名医师治疗的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者60例为研究对象,应用数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例,其中对照组患者采取复方甘草酸苷治疗,观察组患者则在此基础上增加硫酸羟氯喹治疗。比较两组症状积分、皮损面积、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平。结果治疗前,两组患者症状积分、皮损面积比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状积分、皮损面积均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者IL-4、IFN-γ水平比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-4、IFN-γ水平均明显下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷与硫酸羟氯喹联合治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎,不仅能够缓解临床症状,减少皮损面积,还可以减轻炎性反应。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of compound glycyrrhizin and hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of facial hormone dependent dermatitis.Method Sixty patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis who were treated by the same physician in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.The number table method was used to divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin,and patients in the observation group were treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate on control group.The symptom score,skin lesion area,interleukin 4(IL-4),and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in the symptom score and skin area of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom score and skin area of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);Before,there was no difference in the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γbetween the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IFN-γin the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound glycyrrhizin and hydroxychloroquine sulfate in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis can not only relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the area of skin lesions,but also reduce inflammatory reactions.
