摘要
目的探讨零缺陷护理模式在手术室心脏手术护理实践中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2018年1月于本院接受心脏手术治疗的患者126例,随机等分为对照组与研究组。对照组采用常规手术室护理,研究组采用手术室零缺陷护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及住院费用手术指标;睡眠质量、遵医行为、精神状态、心理状态、饮食评分;护理满意度以及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、住院时间短于对照组(P <0.05),住院费用低于对照组(P <0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05),睡眠质量、遵医行为、精神状态、心理状态、饮食评分均高于对照组(P <0.05),患者护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论零缺陷护理模式在手术室心脏手术护理实践中的应用效果显著,有利于改善患者生活质量,缩短手术时间、住院时间,降低术中出血量,提高护理满意度,同时降低不良反应的发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of zero defect nursing mode in nursing practice of cardiac surgery in operating room.Methods To compare operation time,intra-operative blood loss,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost surgical indexes;sleep quality,medical compliance,mental state,psychological status,dietary score;nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions,126 cases of patients,who admitted to our hospital for cardiac surgery from January 2015 to January 2018,were observed,and randomly divided into control group and study group with equal members.The control group received routine operation nursing,while the study group received zero defect operation nursing.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the intra-operative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Sleep quality,medical compliance,mental state,psychological status,and dietary score were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The patients'satisfaction with nursing was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of zero defect nursing mode had a significant effect on the nursing practice of cardiac surgery in operating room,which effectively improved patients'quality of life,shortened operation time and hospitalization time,reduced intra-operative blood loss,promoted nursing satisfaction,and brought down the incidence of adverse reactions as well.It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
