摘要
张家界在近几年积极推动了PPP模式的发展,但由于理念、管理等方面的不成熟,故而在项目实施中存在着诸多问题。主要从近几年张家界采用PPP模式的项目出发,通过对比并结合该地特殊情况,深入分析了张家界市公共基础设施在PPP模式下存在的问题及其原因,最后结合国内外优秀项目相关经验,提出了一些切合实际的建议。
Zhangjiajie has also actively promoted the development of PPP model in recent years.However,due to the immaturity of concepts,management and other aspects,there are also many problems in project implementation.In this paper,starting from the project of Zhangjiajie in recent years,the PPP mode,by comparing and connecting with the local special circumstances,deeply analyzes the Zhangjiajie public infrastructure in the use of the PPP mode existing problems and the reasons,finally combined with excellent project related experience both at home and abroad,puts forward some practical suggestions.
