摘要
目的观察生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus在内陷牙治疗中的疗效。方法收集2017年1月~2018年1月在赣州市人民医院口腔科行内陷牙病变的患者89例,内陷牙患者根据病变的情况分成3组,A组33例,B组21例,C组35例。分别利用生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus根据病变情况,采用不同的治疗方法,对治疗效果进行追踪随访。结果 A组有30例患者治疗成功,成功率为90.9%,B组有17例患者治疗成功,成功率为80.9%,C组有29例患者治疗成功,成功率为82.8%。治疗前,A组、B组和C组疼痛评分差异无统计学意义。治疗后12 h及48 h后,均较同组治疗前显著降低,且与B组和C组相比,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。A组各项生活质量评分均显著高于B组和C组,主要包括咀嚼功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活方面的指标(P<0.05)。结论生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus可以达到较好的内陷牙治疗效果,不同的病变程度达到的治疗效果有所差异,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of bioceramic material iRoot BP Plus in the treatment of internal teeth.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,89 patients with invaginated teeth were enrolled in the Department of Stomatology of Ganzhou People's Hospital.The patients were divided into three groups according to the condition of the invaginated teeth,33 cases in group A,21 cases in group B and 35 cases in group C.Bioceramics iRoot BP Plus was used to follow up the therapeutic effects of different treatments according to the pathological changes.Results 30 patients in group A were treated successfully,the success rate was 90.9%,17 patients in group B were treated successfully,the success rate was 80.9%,29 patients in group C were treated successfully,the success rate was 82.8%.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain scores between group A,group B and group C.After 12 hours and 48 hours of treatment,they were significantly lower than the same group before treatment,and compared with group B and group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and C,including masticatory function,psychological function,social function and material life(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioceramics iRoot BP Plus can achieve better treatment effect of invaginated teeth,and different degree of lesion has different treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
