摘要
后勤工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,在建立与中国特色现代大学制度相适应的新型高校后勤保障体系中,培养一支事业心强、业务精、作风正的高素质后勤队伍,是做好后勤工作的保障。本文将结合吉林化工学院实际,分析后勤工作存在的问题,并从人才引进渠道、培养机制及人员管理等方面为高校后勤队伍建设提出几点思考和建议。
Logistics is an important part of university work,training a high-quality logistics team with ambition,professional skills and high morality is the guarantee in the work of establishing a logistic system that adapt to the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.This paper will analyze the problems in the logistics work of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology and put forward some suggestions on personnel introduction channels,training mechanism and personnel management.
