摘要
职业院校的办学宗旨就是培养技能型人才,这就决定了对学生技能培养是的职业教育的核心。本文对嵌入式实训进行了界定,分析了我国职业教育中技能培训存在的问题,并结合职业培训实践论述了构建嵌入式实训模式是职业院校解决职业技能培训问题的出路。
The educational mission of vocational colleges is to cultivate skill-oriented talents,which determines that development of students’skills is the core of the vocational education.This paper defines embedded practical training and analyzes the existing problems of skills training in China’s vocational education.It points out that the embedded practical training mode is the way out for vocational colleges to solve the problems of vocational skills training.
