摘要
2022年,中国液化石油气市场将进入短缺期,为提高管道输送效率及处理厂经济效益,降低处理厂及下游用户安全隐患,践行低碳、节约的环保理念,对天然气处理厂内的轻烃进行回收利用。以青海地区某凝析气田天然气轻烃回收工程为例,分析了该工程气源、工艺方案、建设及运行风险和经济效益。分析得出,工程建成后,可在一定程度上缓解液化石油气短缺的问题,市场前景良好;采用混合冷剂制冷方案,能耗及成本较低,对工况变化的适应性较强;液化石油气和稳定轻烃销售年总额约1. 817亿元人民币,投资回报率较高,具有建设可行性。
In 2022,LPG market in China will be in shortage.In order to improve pipeline delivery efficiency,reduce the potential safety hazards for plant and downstream user and improve the economic efficiency of the oil&gas treatment plant,the light hydrocarbon shall be recovered in respond to the concept of low-carbon and economical production.The gas sources,process scheme,construction&operation risk and economic benefits of certain condensate gasfield light hydrocarbon recovery project at Qinghai have been analyzed.It is concluded that the LPG shortage can be relieved to certain extent with the completion of this project,which has good market prospects.The mixed refrigerant is adopted for refrigeration and the energy consumption is relatively lower.It has strong adaptability to service variation.The annual sales of LPG and stable light hydrocarbon total about 181.7 million yuan.With higher investment return,the construction is feasible.
