摘要
分别以环氧化聚丁二烯橡胶(EPB)、环氧化聚苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体(ESBS)、环氧化丁苯抗冲树脂(ESBC)为聚乳酸(PLA)的增韧剂,制备了具有超高冲击强度和优异拉伸韧性的PLA共混物,对比研究了三种增韧剂对PLA增韧的影响,并阐述了增韧剂的增韧机理。实验结果表明,分子链柔顺性最好的EPB对提高PLA冲击韧性的效果最为显著,环氧化度为20.9%的EPB用量为10%(w)时,共混物的冲击强度由纯PLA的29.9 J/m提高至384.4J/m;兼具高弹性和可塑性的ESBS可有效改善PLA的冲击韧性和拉伸断裂韧性,环氧化度为35.8%的ESBS的用量为10%(w)时,共混物的冲击强度为198.9 J/m,断裂伸长率由纯PLA的3.5%提升至218.8%;热塑性最好的ESBC显著提高了PLA的拉伸断裂韧性和加工流动性能,环氧化度为28.8%的ESBC用量为30%(w)时,共混物的断裂伸长率高达305.0%。
Polylactide(PLA)blends with ultra-high impact strength and excellent tensile toughness were prepared by using epoxidized polybutadiene(EPB)rubber,epoxidized polystyrene-butadienestyrene(ESBS)thermoplastic elastomer and epoxidized styrene-butadiene impact resin(ESBC)as toughening agents.The effects of three toughening agents on the properties were discussed in detail.The results showed that EPB which had the best chain flexibility had the most significant effect in improving the impact toughness of the PLA.The impact strength of PLA/EPB blends increased from 29.9 J/m of pure PLA to 384.4 J/m when the EPB20.9%was 10%(w),which was an ultrahigh toughness material.ESBS could effectively improve the impact toughness and tensile fracture toughness of PLA.When the ESBS35.8%was 10%(w),the impact strength of PLA/ESBS blends was 198.9 J/m and the elongation at break increased from 3.5%of pure PLA to 218.8%.ESBC improved the tensile fracture toughness and fluidity of PLA significantly.When the ESBC28.8%was 30%(w),the elongation at break of PLA/ESBC blends was up to 305.0%.
