摘要
本研究使用过醋酸使天然橡胶环氧化，考察了过醋酸浓度、反应温度及体系胶含量等因素对环氧化反应的影响，合成了系列的不同环氧化度的环氧化天然橡胶。结果表明，活性氧转化率为１００％，控制了开环反应；并通过了红外光谱（ＩＲ），核磁１Ｈ—ＮＭＲ、１３Ｃ—ＮＭＲ及差热分析（ＤＳＣ）的确证。
This paper describes natural latex epoxidation by using peracetic acidincluding the effects of peracetic acid concentration,reaction temperature andconcentration of the natural rubber in the system. The epoxidised natural rubber containing different amounts of epoxy groups was synthesised with 100%conversion of the active oxygen and controlled ring -open reaction. The structure of epoxidised natural rubber was proved by IR, 1H - NMR, 13- NMR andDSC.
