金属板料单点渐进成形轨迹优化及模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 表面质量差是金属板料渐进成形工艺的重要缺陷。针对曲面零件单点渐进成形表面质量差的问题,文章提出了一种基于零件截面曲线形状用增量弧长S0来控制增量步长Δz的方法,建立了Δz与增量弧长S0间的计算关系;以曲面零件为研究对象,与固定增量步长成形方法对比,利用有限元软件ANSYS/workbench模拟零件单点渐进成形过程,分析了S0对板料厚度变化和板料应变的影响。试验与模拟结果表明:该方法不仅有效改善了曲面零件成形后的表面质量,单件零件成形效率也明显提高,加工层数为30层时,成形效率提高19%,50层时,成形效率提高22%;优化方法得到的零件在平缓曲面处厚度更厚,该处零件厚度随着S0的增加而增加;优化方法导致的板料应变大于传统成形方法,且S0越小应变越均匀,但最终板料应变趋于一致。 Poor surface quality is an important defect for metal sheet incremental forming technology.A new method is proposed to improve surface quality for surface parts in single point incremental forming.With this method,the incremental step depthΔz is determined by the incremental arc length S 0 based on the section curve shape of the part,and the calculation relationship betweenΔz and S 0 is established.The method is examined experimentally through forming a surface part.The results show that the method can effectively improve the surface quality of the surface part after forming and the processing efficiency.When the total forming layer number is 30 and 50,the processing efficiency increases 19%and 22%,respectively.To investigate the influence of S 0 on the thickness distribution and equivalent strain,the numerical simulation on the surface part single point incremental forming is also carried out by using finite software ANSYS/workbench.The simulation results show that the thickness in flat surface area of the part obtained by the optimized method is improved,and the thickness increases with the increase of the S 0;with the same forming layers,the plastic strain obtained by the optimized method is larger compared with that by the traditional method in the same area,small S 0 contributes to the uniform of plastic strain,but the final values are gradually becoming the same.
