摘要
采用大变形弹塑性有限单元法对盒形件精密复合挤压全过程进行数值模拟,获得所需的金属流动规律及相关的力学参数,从而为优化设计模具、改进工艺和合理选用设备提供了可靠的依据;通过数值模拟成功预测了盒形件在复合挤压成形过程中可能出现的缺陷,进一步提出采用闭式精密锻造工艺成形盒形件。

The possible defects of production are predicted successfully by numerical simulation, and it is suggested that the fully enclosed die forging technology can be adopted.
