摘要
目的:评价三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的有效性与安全性,为临床治疗尿路感染提供用药依据。方法:以"三金片""左氧氟沙星""抗生素""感染"("泌尿"或"尿路"或"尿道")为关键词,检索目前国内外已公开发表的相关文献数据库(中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普网、Pubmed等),运用Review Manager 5.3软件对符合纳入标准的文献进行结果分析。结果:共纳入文献11篇,总样本量1 041例,Meta分析结果表明:治疗组与对照组相比,其治疗尿路感染的总有效率显著高于后者(OR:5.23;95%Cl:3.28～8.36;P<0.00001);且尿频症消失时间(MD:-1.41;95%Cl:-2.40～-0.42;P=0.005)、尿急症消失时间(MD:-1.44;95%Cl:-2.36～-0.51;P=0.002)较对照组更短,但不良反应发生率与对照组相比差异无显著性(OR:1.08;95%Cl:0.56～2.07,P=0.82)。结论:Meta分析结果表明,三金片联合左氧氟沙星较单用左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染疗效更理想,这为临床采用三金片联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染提供了依据。
To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Sanjin tablets(SJt)combined with levofloxacin in treatment of urinary tract infections,and provide new therapeutic strategies and application basis for clinical treatment of urinary tract infection.Methods:“Sanjin tablets”,“levofloxacin”,“antibiotics”,“infection”(“urinary”or“urinary tract”or“urethra”)were used as keywords to retrieval published databases at home and abroad(including CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP and PubMed).The retrievaled results met the inclusion criteria were analyzed using the software Review Manager 5.3.Results:A total of 11 articles were included in present study with a total sample size of 1041 cases.Meta analysis showed that the total effective rate on treating urinary tract infection was significantly higher in treatment group than in control group(OR:5.23,95%Cl:3.28 to 8.36,P<0.00001).The time of urinary frequency disappearance(MD:-1.41,95%Cl:-2.40 to-0.42,P=0.005)and the time of urgency disappearance(MD:-1.44,95%Cl:-2.36 to-0.51,P=0.002)were shorter,and the recurrence rate was lower(OR:0.18,95%Cl:0.07 to 0.42,P=0.0001)in treatment group than in control group.While no significant difference existed between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(OR:1.08,95%Cl:0.56 to 2.07,P=0.82).Conclusion:It has been shown that SJt combined with levofloxacin is more effective than levofloxacin alone in treatment of urinary tract infections,which provides an evidence for the clinical use of SJt combined with levofloxacin in treatment of u rinary tract infections.
