摘要
目的分析甲磺酸帕珠沙星、左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染成本-效果,为临床用药提供参考。方法将87例尿路感染患者随机分为2组,分别应用甲磺酸帕珠沙星、左氧氟沙星治疗,观察疗效,并进行成本-效果分析。结果 2组方案成本分别为658.00元和197.40元,总有效率为88.37%和90.91%,不良反应为11.62%和9.09%。结论左氧氟沙星组治疗方案为较安全、有效且经济的选择。
Objective To analyze the cost-effectiveness of pazufloxacin mesilate and levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods Eighty-seven cases of urinary tract infection were randomly divided into 2 groups and treated with pazufloxacin mesilate and levofloxacin respectively.The therapeutic effect and cost-effectiveness in the two groups were analyzed.Results The average cost was 658 Yuan for the pazufloxacin mesilate group and 197.40 Yuan for the levofloxacin group.The effective rates were 88.37%and 90.91%and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were 11.62%and 9.09%in the two groups,respectively.Conclusion Levofloxacin is safer,more effective and more economic medication for treating urinary tract infection.
