摘要
目的:评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发睡眠障碍患者使用百乐眠和孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗的效果。方法:选取2015年1月至2018年1月在福建省泉州市安溪县医院接治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发睡眠障碍患者210例。按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组105例。对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片和百乐眠联合治疗。分析2组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者的肺功能指标、血气指标以及睡眠障碍情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病并发睡眠障碍患者使用百乐眠和孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片联合治疗效果较好,患者病情能够显著改善。
Objective:To study the effects of the combined treatment of baile mian and munostron sodium chewers in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sleep disorder.Methods:Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sleep disorder were selected in this hospital from January 2015 to January 2018.The number of cases was 210 cases.By random number method,105 cases were divided into control group and observation group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with oral monolustrum sodium chewable tablets and the combined treatment of baile sleep on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The lung function index,blood gas index and sleep disturbance in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and sleep disorder in patients with sleep disorder combined with the treatment of monolustrum sodium is better,and the patient's condition can be significantly improved.
