摘要
住宅工程质量通病的相对高发与人民日益增长的居住品质需求之间的矛盾已成为住宅工程质量面临的最突出矛盾,引入建设工程质量保险制度,提升建筑产品质量,具有非常必要的现实意义。论文提出了发展工程质量保险的必要性,梳理了工程质量保险在我国的发展现状,介绍了宁波试点住宅工程质量交付缺陷保险的阶段性成果,就发展工程质量保险存在的问题提出了相应的优化建议。
The contradiction between common defects in engineering building quality and the growing demand for living quality of the people has become the most prominent contradiction in construction engineering quality.It has practical significance to introduce the engineering quality insurance system to improve the quality of construction projects.This paper put forward the necessity of developing engineering quality insurance,summarized the development status of engineering quality insurance in China.And then introduced the Quality Delivery Defect Insurance of Residential Project,where Ningbo is the pilot launching city.Finally,the paper recommended the corresponding suggestions on the developing problems in engineering quality insurance.
