摘要
以建筑工程质量保险制度作为研究对象,对建筑工程质量保险的相关问题进行研究。论述我国当前工程质量管理的模式及存在的问题进行,并讨论分析了建筑工程质量保险的概念和性质,对比国内外建筑工程质量保险的区别,以及其对于建筑一切险的区别与联系,为建筑工程质量保险的相关发展提供参考。
Taking the construction project quality insurance system as the research object, the related issues of the construction project quality insurance are studied. This paper discusses the current project quality management model and existing problems, and analyzes the concept and nature of construction project quality insurance, compares the difference between domestic and international construction project quality insurance and its difference and connection to the construction of all risks, to provide reference in this way.
