摘要
目的探讨胃食管反流症患者应用兰索拉唑与莫沙必利治疗的临床价值。方法选择2016年1月~2017年7月期间在我院进行治疗的胃食管反流症患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组口服兰索拉唑,观察组在此基础上加用莫沙必利,疗程8周。比较两组临床症状改善情况、并发症以及胃食管动力学指标。结果临床症状改善时间:观察组短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组胃食管动力学指标均有所上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采用兰索拉唑联合莫沙必利联合治疗胃食管反流症利于临床症状消失,降低并发症发生率,改善胃食管动力学指标,促进患者恢复。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GER).Methods:Totally,100 patients with GER were admitted and treated in Xiping People's Hospital from January 2016 to July 2017.They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 50 patients in each group.All patients were treated with lansoprazole,while patients in test group were treated with mosapride additionally.The improvement of symptoms,the rate of complications,and the indexes of gastroesophageal dynamics were compared between the two groups.Results:(1)The improvement time of clinical symptoms in test group was significantly shorter than that in control group.(2)The rate of complications in test group was significantly lower than that in control group.(3)The indexes of gastroesophageal dynamics in two groups were significantly improved,and test group compared with control group,improved more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusions:Lansoprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of GER can reduce complications,improving clinical symptoms,gastroesophageal dynamics,and recovering.
