摘要
目的探讨应用兰索拉唑与莫沙必利对胃食管反流症患者治疗的临床价值。方法选择2016年1月~2017年7月期间在我院进行治疗的100例胃食管反流症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为两组,各50例。对照组口服兰索拉唑,观察组在此基础上加用莫沙必利,均持续治疗8周。比较两组患者临床症状改善情况、并发症以及胃食管动力学指标。结果观察组临床症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者胃食管动力学指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组胃食管动力学指标均有所上升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流症患者,采用兰索拉唑与莫沙必利联合治疗利于较快缩短临床症状消失时间,降低并发症发生率,改善胃食管动力学指标。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of lansoprazole combined with mosapride for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease（GERD）. Methods： Totally, 100 patients with GERD were admitted and treated in Xiping People＇s Hospital from January 2016 to July 2017. They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 50 patients in each group. Patients in control group were treated with lansoprazole, while patients in test group were treated with mosapride based on the control group. They required ongoing treatment for two weeks, the improvement of clinical symptoms, complications, and the indexes of gastroesophageal dynamics were compared between the two groups. Results：（1） The time of clinical symptom improvement in test group was significantly shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）.（2） The rate of complications in test group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.（3） Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the indexes of gastroesophageal dynamics between the two groups（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the indexes of gastroesophageal dynamics in the two groups increased, and the test group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Lansoprazole combined with mosapride for treating GERD has active promoting efficacy on shortening treatment, reducing complications, and improving gastroesophageal dynamics indexes.
