摘要 定义了老旧架空输电线路的概念,提出了基于改进LEC法的风险评估方法,引入AHP-熵权法赋予通道环境、基础等6个技术要素一定权重,基于改进LEC法评估各要素隐患,计算得到相应风险值。并以某220kV老旧架空输电线路为例,进行老旧架空输电线路风险评估,验证了所提方法的有效性。所提方法能够科学辨识影响老旧架空输电线路安全运行的危险因素,通过量化风险评估结果,提高老旧架空输电线路风险评估的准确性,为加强老旧架空输电线路运维管理和安全防护提供技术依据,从而提升安全管理水平。 This paper defines the concept of an old overhead transmission line.A risk assessment method based on improved LEC method is proposed.The AHP weight method and entropy weight method is introduced to assign certain weights to the six technical elements such as the channel environment and foundation.The risk value of the hidden dangers is calculated by the improved LEC method.A 220kV old overhead transmission line is taken as an example.Risk assessment of old overhead transmission lines is carried out.The validity of the proposed method is verified.The proposed method can scientifically identify the risk factors affecting the safe operation of old overhead transmission lines.It can improve the accuracy of risk assessment of old overhead transmission lines by quantifying the results of risk assessment.Technical basis is provided for strengthening the operation and safety protection of old overhead transmission lines.Thereby the level of safety management is improved.
