摘要 为评估地铁隧道施工过程中的风险,结合郑州地铁4号线09标段工程,建立基于层次分析法(AHP法)的地铁隧道施工风险评价体系。利用作业条件危险性评价法(LEC法),根据以往工程和专家经验,确定各风险因素的L、E、C值,利用模糊运算得到各风险因素的权重w,计算风险值D,得到各风险因素的危险程度,将权重与风险值加权计算得到加权风险值,并对各风险因素进行排序,从而确定各风险因素导致事故发生的重要程度。该方法在郑州地铁4号线09号标段风险及防控措施中得到运用,验证了其可行性和实用性。 To assess the risks in the process of tunnel construction,the paper firstly builds a risk evaluation model based on AHP method,with 09 tenders of Line 4 project of Zhengzhou Metro as the research object. Then,it applies likelihood-exposure-consequence( LEC) method and previous engineering and expert experience to determine L,E,L values of every risk factor,and calculates D values of all risk factors after assigned weights with fuzzy operation. Finally,it ranks the risk factors by their weighted risk values,thus determining the importance degree of every risk factor resulting in accidents. The analysis results show that this method proves its feasibility and practicability through its application to risk control and prevention of tenders construction.
