摘要
为分析新铺沥青混凝土温度变化规律及其高温稳定性,通过预埋在新成型SMA-13沥青混合料中的温度传感器测试不同厚度处的温度,并对不同环境温度条件下不同降温幅度的沥青混合料进行单轴贯入强度试验。研究结果表明:环境温度对新铺沥青混合料温度场变化规律影响显著,20℃中温条件下,降至表面温度50℃需要73 min,高温时段表面降温速率明显大于内部,而随着温度的降低表面降温速率小于内部;40℃高温条件下,降至表面温度50℃需要164 min,各测点降温速率较接近,表面温度越低降温速率越慢;不同环境温度条件下的新铺沥青混凝土表现出不同的高温稳定性,在相同表面温度条件下,环境温度越低,单轴贯入强度越低,高温稳定性越差;将路表温度达到50℃作为新铺路面开放交通的标准时,较低环境温度条件下,内部温度过高可能导致超早期车辙,较高环境温度条件下,内部高温持续时间长可能导致超早期车辙,需要对不同条件下沥青混凝土的高温性能开展更全面的研究以便确定开放交通的合理时机。
To analysis the change law of temperature and high temperature stability of the new paving asphalt mixture,temperature sensors were embedded into asphalt mixture of SMA-13 at different depth to measuring temperature and uniaxial penetration test was proposed to asphalt mixture at different temperature.The results show that the environmental temperature has significant influence on the new paving asphalt mixture temperature field.At 20℃temperature condition,73 min required to reduce the surface temperature to 50℃.Surface cooling rate is significantly greater than internal during the period of high temperature,while surface cooling rate is less than internal with the decrease of temperature.At 40℃temperature condition,164 min required to reduce the surface temperature to 50℃,cooling rate of each point is close,and the lower the temperature,the slower the cooling rate.At different temperature condition,new paving asphalt mixture show different high temperature stability.The lower the ambient temperature is,the lower the uniaxial penetration strength of asphalt mixture,and high temperature stability will be worse.If the road surface temperature reaches 50℃as the standard for allowing traffic to pass through the new pavement,the excessive temperature internal temperature of mixture may lead to early rutting at low ambient temperature condition,and excessive internal temperature duration may lead to early rutting at high ambient temperature condition.It is necessary to carry out more comprehensive research on the high temperature performance of asphalt concrete under different conditions to determine the reasonable time of open traffic of new paving pavement.
