Dynamic Mechanical Properties of Composite High Modulus Modified Asphalt Mixture

摘要 为了研究以岩沥青为主材的复合高模量改性剂HRMA的改性效果,以90号基质沥青混合料、高模量改性剂HRMA改性沥青混合料、SBS改性沥青混合料为研究对象,通过车辙试验、低温小梁弯曲试验、浸水马歇尔试验和单轴压缩动态模量试验研究高模量改性剂HRMA对沥青混合料高温性能、低温性能、水稳定性和动态力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,高模量改性剂HRMA显著提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,低温改性效果较小。通过灰色关联分析表明,温度和频率都是影响沥青混合料动态模量的主要影响因素,而影响沥青混合料相位角的主要因素是温度。动态模量的试验结果表明,HRMA改性沥青混合料的抗变形能力优于基质沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料。根据温度等效原理得到的动态模量主曲线反映了3种沥青混合料的动态力学性能。 In order to study the modification effect of the composite high-modulus modifier HRMA with rock asphalt as the main raw material,the 90#matrix asphalt mixture,the high-modulus modifier HRMA modified asphalt mixture,and the SBS modified asphalt mixture material were chosen as the research object.Through the rutting test,the low temperature trabecular bending test,the water immersion Marshall test,and the uniaxial compression dynamic modulus test,the effects of high modulus modifier HRMA on the high temperature performance,the low temperature performance,the water stability,and the dynamic mechanical properties of asphalt mixture were studied.The test results showed that the high modulus modifier HRMA significantly improved the high temperature stability and water stability of the asphalt mixture,but the low temperature modification effect was small.The grey correlation analysis indicated that the temperature and frequency were the main factors affecting the dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture,and the temperature was the main factor affecting the phase angle of the asphalt mixture.The dynamic modulus test results showed that the deformation resistance of HRMA modified asphalt mixture was better than that of the base asphalt mixture and SBS modified asphalt mixture.The dynamic modulus master curve obtained according to the temperature equivalence principle reflected the dynamic mechanical properties of the three asphalt mixtures.
