摘要
目的分析东部某省区域性医疗中心对区域医疗费用的影响。方法收集2012—2016年某省财务报表数据,采用描述性统计、对比分析、定性与定量相结合等方法对区域性医疗中心的相关指标进行分析,同时运用贡献率指标分析其对全省费用变动的贡献度。结果区域性医疗中心是区域医疗费用上涨的主要推动力量,其"内涵式"扩张的非预期效应对区域医疗费用水平影响很大。结论我国医疗费用控制的当务之急是切实有效地控制大型医疗机构的医疗费用水平和优化大型医疗机构的收费结构。
Objective To analyze the influence of the regional medical center in a certain eastern province on the total medical expenses.Methods The data of the financial statements of the province from 2012 to 2016 were collected.The related indicators of regional medical centers were studied by descriptive statistical analysis,comparative analysis and qualitative and quantitative analysis,and the contribution rate index was used to analyze the contribution of the regional medical centers to the changes of the total medical expenses degree.Results Regional medical centers are the main driving factors for the increase of regional medical expenses.The unexpected effect of“connotation-type expansion”has a great impact on the total medical expenses.Conclusion The urgent task of medical cost control in China is to effec?tively control the medical expenses of large medical institutions and to optimize their medical expenses structure.
