医院品牌建设包括技术品牌、服务品牌及文化品牌的建设。在激烈的医疗市场竞争中,服务品牌建设易凸显医院的服务差异化。同时,医院不仅向患者提供技术性医疗服务,也提供人文性医疗服务,且人文性医疗服务是医院服务品牌建设的重要途径。本文阐述了人文性医疗服务的含义、作用、原则,及医院创建人文性医疗服务的管理规划。
Hospital brand building includes the building of technical brand, service brand and culture brand. Service brand building reveals great differences in hospital service in serious competition nowadays in the medical/health field. Hospital does not only provide technical medical service to patients but also humanism based medical service while humanism based medical service is an important item in building hospital service brand. This article explains the meaning, function and rules of humanism based medical service, and their management.
