摘要
为满足智能网联汽车快速迭代的需求,提出一种安全、方便、可靠的整车OTA解决方案。通过建立云服务器端和车辆客户端之间的数据通路,使用差分算法、安全方案、回滚重刷机制、车辆条件判断等关键技术,实现了整车Ethernet/CAN/LIN混合电子电气架构的所有节点ECU的升级更新,经台架试验测试验证了该设计方案的可行性、安全性和可靠性。
A safe,convenient and reliable vehicle OTA solution was proposed to meet the requirement of rapid iteration of intelligent and connected vehicles.The data path between the cloud server and the vehicle client was established and a series of key technologies,such as difference algorithm,security scheme,rollback,reflash mechanism,and vehicle condition judgment were used to update the ECUs of all nodes of the vehicle in the vehicle Ethernet/CAN/LIN hybrid electronic and electrical architecture.The feasibility,safety and reliability of the OTA design were proved by the bench test.
