摘要
目的利用采集医院管理系统、检验科管理系统、输血科管理系统的数据,实现对临床合理用血的评估与管理。方法通过对相关数据的提取,利用这些数据相互之间发生关联,变换组合来进行各种计算及比较,完成临床合理用血评估与管理系统中的各项统计和合理用血评价功能。结果提取的数据完全能完成临床合理用血的多项评估和管理功能。结论这些数据能让我们从繁重的统计工作中解脱出来并行之有效的解决输血科工作中的难题,实现临床合理用血和输血后效果评估与管理。
Objective To implement evaluation and management of clinical blood transfusion by using data collected from hospital information and management system, laboratory information and management system and blood transfusion information and management system. Methods By extracting,associating,combining,calculating and comparing the relevant data, the statistical function and evaluative function of evaluation and management system were realized. Results The extracted data can complete the functions of evaluation and management system for rational clinical blood transfusion entirely. Conclusion These data freed us from the heavy statistical work, solve the problems in blood transfusion, and complete the work of evaluation and management for rational clinical blood transfusion.
