摘要
随着我国经济社会的发展,人民群众的美好需求不断提升且多元化,人们渴望社会更加公平公正,希望个人的潜能得到充分挖掘,期盼生活质量和幸福感得到提升,社会工作因此得以快速发展。然而,社会工作者在服务过程中,比较困惑的是如何解决服务对象参与度不高的问题。抽纸原理让我们在社工服务中获得启示:开展社工服务时,根据服务对象需求,宣传和发动服务对象抱团参与,一批一批地递进,层层叠加,就像滚雪球一样促使服务对象参与度不断提高。
With the development of the economy and society,people′s good demand has been increasing and becoming various,people yearn for justice and equity,hoping that the potential of individuals can be exploited,and looking forward to improving the quality of life and happiness.However,social workers puzzle over the low participation of service objects.Paper extraction principle gives us an enlightenment during social work service.We should organize social work service according to the requirements of the service objects,launching them to participate one by one,so that the service objects will increase gradually like a snowball,and the participation will improve constantly.
