摘要
分析了某双色注塑件的成型工艺性,该产品尺寸小,外观要求高,结构复杂,并针对塑件在模具中必须倾斜放置导致顶出方向和受力面不垂直造成顶出困难,设计了斜顶出机构;针对产品尺寸小,抽芯部位多且前、后模都要抽芯导致抽芯机构设计困难,设计了T型块、斜导柱、顶针板等抽芯机构;针对二次注射不能在塑件表面进胶且塑件周围布满滑块导致浇注系统设计困难,设计了热流道转冷流道的浇注系统。检验结果表明,所设计的双色模具结构合理,动作可靠,可以满足生产要求。
The forming process of a bi-color plastic part with characteristics of small size,high appearance and complex structures was analyzed,and then its injection mould was designed.Considering of an ejecting difficulty due to the plastic part obliquely placed in the mold,which resulted in non-perpendicular between the ejecting direction and stress surface,an inclined ejector mechanism was designed.Moreover,the core-pulling mechanism with a T-shaped block,angle pin and ejector plate were designed with regard to the small size of the part and multiple core-pulling places.For the reasons that the secondary injecting gate could not be set on the surface of the part and there were a lot of sliders around the part,a gating system with hot runners turning to the cold ones was also designed.The experimental results indicated that the mould structure was reasonable and reliable and met the requirement for production.
