摘要
根据打印机送纸架塑件的结构特点和塑料流动特性,设计了一副单型腔三面抽芯点浇口注塑模具。阐述了模具成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、温度控制系统、定距分型机构、脱模系统和导向定位系统的设计要点。通过采用横向推杆,成功解决了大包紧力侧向抽芯塑件的变形问题;塑件精度达到了MT3,成型周期为35s,比同类型塑件缩短了8%。
Based on the structural feature of feeding frames of printers and rheological characteristics of thermoplastic resins used,a three-plate mould with single cavity and three core pulling mechanisms were designed.The design skills were carefully analyzed,which include mould forming parts,gating system,fixed distance parting mechanism,side-core pulling mechanism,temperature control system,demoulding system and guiding positioning system.The deformation problem of side-core pulling plastic parts under a large tight force was solved by using a horizontal push rod.The precision of the injection-molded product reached M T3,the molding cycle was shortened by 8%to 35 s compared with other same type of plastic parts.
