摘要
云南省自2002年推行科技特派员制度以来,始终将科技特派员制度作为解决"三农"问题的重要抓手。分析了云南省科技特派员发展现状及存在的问题,并提出了相应建议,为相关部门提供参考。
Since the implementation of the science and technology correspondent system in 2002,Yunnan Province has always regarded the science and technology correspondent system as an important means to solve the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems of the science and technology correspondent.Aiming at the existing problems,several suggestions were put forward,in order to provide reference for relevant departments.
