摘要
分析了科技特派员制度的创新与推广现状对其工作成效进行了研究,在此基础上对进一步完善科技特派员制度进行了探讨。
The innovation and extension status of system of special commissioners in science and technology was analyzed, the achievements were studied, on the basis of this, further perfecting of specially technological personnel system was discussed.
