摘要
加强科企合作,要充分发挥科技人员的桥梁和纽带作用。科技人员要充分考虑企业的需求,根据自己的知识和技能,主动寻找服务企业的方法和途径;并在服务企业的过程中不断提升自身素质。政府或有关部门、科研单位及企业应建立多项保障措施,激励科技人员能够长期服务企业。
It should play the fuU role of the scientific and technical staff to enhance the cooperation between scien- tifiC institutes and enterprises. The scientific and technical staff should sufficiently consider the requirements of enterprise and initiativeiy seek methods and approaches for serving enterprises on the basis of their own knowledge and capacity. The government, agri -scientific research institute and enterprise should together provide a number of supports and measures to encourage the scientific and technologic personnel longterm serving enterprise.
