基于Box-Behnken响应曲面法的硫酸钾盐垢结垢速率影响参数研究 被引量:2

摘要 在硫酸钾生产过程中,伴随着母液的蒸发及反应器的循环利用,设备内壁腐蚀与结垢问题非常严重。因此,课题选取A3钢、20#钢、304不锈钢、316不锈钢4种常用化工设备钢材模拟化工设备在硫酸钾生产中的结垢腐蚀情况,以溶液的密度、搅拌速度、溶液硬度、表面活性剂为影响因素,以结垢速率为响应值,得到硫酸钾生产过程中最低结垢速率工艺参数。实验结果表明:结垢速率最低的是20#钢,其工艺参数为钙离子质量分数为0.89%、表面活性剂用量为0.09%、转速为225 r/min、溶液的密度为1.25 g/cm3,结垢速率为0.216 6 g/(h·m2)。 In the production of potassium sulfate,accompanied by evaporation of mother liquor and recycling of reactor,the problem of corrosion and scaling on the inner wall of equipment is very serious.For this reason,this work selected four chemi-cal equipment steels in common use of A3 steel,20#steel,304 stainless steel and 316 stainless steel,to imitate the corrosion and scaling of chemical equipment in the production of potassium sulfate.In the influences of the concentration of solution,stirring speed,solution hardness and surfactant and the response values of scaling rate,the lowest scaling rate of processing parameters were obtained.Results showed that:the scaling rate of 20#steel was the lowest.The processing parameters were Ca2+mass fraction of 0.89%,the additive amount of surfactant of 0.09%,the stirring speed of 225 r/min,and the solution′s density of 1.25 g/cm3,and the scaling rate was 0.216 6 g/(h·m2)under those conditions.
