摘要
对影响乌龙茶机采质量的茶树品种、栽培管理、机器设备等主要因素进行总结。综述鲜叶和毛茶精制中分选技术的研究进展,旨在为提高和稳定机采乌龙茶品质提供参考。最后针对乌龙茶机采技术和分选技术存在的问题,提出配套适用机采的茶园栽培管理技术、加强乌龙茶机采及其匹配分选技术研究的建议。
Main factors of tea cultivars,cultivation management,machinery and et al which affect the quality of mechanically plucked oolong tea were summed up.This paper summarized screening technologies applied to leaves and refined tea,aiming to supply references for improving and maintaining the quality of oolong tea.At last,due to mixtures of old and young leaves and many numbers of broken leaves picked by machinery,the management technologies of applicable supporting mining tea cultivation were proposed,suggestions of matching cultivation management to mechanized tea plucking and strengthening researches on mechanical plucking and matching screening technologies were also put forward.
