摘要
针对目前宁夏酿酒葡萄种植中水肥管理精准程度不高、水肥一体化技术潜力发挥不足、产质矛盾突出等问题,本文通过生产跟踪调查的方法,分别在红寺堡、青铜峡、玉泉营等不同酿酒葡萄产业集群区,调查酿酒葡萄灌水方式和灌水量、施肥方式和施肥量、酿酒葡萄产量与品质等,旨在摸清宁夏酿酒葡萄产区水肥管理现状,并提出存在的问题及对策,为实现宁夏酿酒葡萄水肥精准化管理和酿酒葡萄产业提质增效提供理论基础和技术支撑。
In view of extensive management of water and fertilizer,insufficient potentiality of fertigation and the contradiction of production and quality for wine grape planting in Ningxia,the producing tracking investigation on irrigation mode and irrigation amount,fertilization mode and amount of fertilizer application for vine grape was conducted in different wine grape producing areas,such as Hongsibu,Qingtongxia,Yuquanying and so on.Based on investigation,the yield and quality of wine grapes in different producing areas were also analyzed.Finally,the paper is to find out the status of water and fertilizer management and the existing problems in Ningxia wine grape producing area,and to put forward strategy for supporting wine grape precision management of water and fertilizer,and improving its quality and efficiency.
