喜炎平雾化吸入治疗新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎临床观察 被引量:9

Clinical observation of Xiyanping aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia

摘要 目的探讨喜炎平雾化吸入治疗新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法 102例新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎患儿,随机分成对照组(50例)和治疗组(52例)。两组均给予常规治疗。对照组加用0.9%氯化钠注射液雾化吸入,治疗组加用喜炎平雾化吸入。比较两组患儿治疗后哮鸣音消失、咳嗽消失、喘憋缓解时间,治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患儿的哮鸣音消失、咳嗽消失、喘憋缓解时间均短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿的总有效率为98.1%,高于对照组的86.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿均未发现皮疹、过敏性休克、呼吸困难加重等不良反应。结论喜炎平雾化吸入治疗新生儿呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎效果较显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)pneumonia.Methods A total of 102 children with RSV pneumonia were randomly divided into control group for 50 cases and treatment group for 52 cases.The two groups were given conventional therapy,the control group was treated with 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection aerosol inhalation,and the treatment group was treated with aerosol inhalation of Xiyanping.The wheezing disappearance time,cough disappearance time,wheezing relief time after treatment,the treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the wheezing disappearance time,cough disappearance time,wheezing relief time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.1%,which was significantly higher than 86.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).No adverse reactions such as erythra,anaphylactic shock,dyspnea aggravation were found in the two groups.Conclusion The effect of Xiyanping aerosol inhalation in the treatment of neonatal RSV pneumonia is significant,no obvious adverse reactions,is worthy of clinical application.
