摘要
以蒙古沙冬青和新疆沙冬青为材料,在不同浓度的PEG6000(0%、4%、8%、12%、16%、20%和24%)胁迫处理下,研究干旱胁迫对种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,探讨经PEG6000处理后复水种子的萌发恢复能力。结果表明,随着PEG6000浓度的增加,蒙古沙冬青和新疆沙冬青的种子萌发率、发芽势、日相对发芽率受到不同程度的抑制,萌发进程推迟,胚芽长和胚根长也受到抑制,萌发种子含水量下降。总体来看,PEG6000浓度越大,各指标受抑制程度越明显,另外,在同等条件的干旱胁迫下,蒙古沙冬青受抑制程度小于新疆沙冬青。经PEG6000浸种处理的种子复水后仍具有较高的恢复萌发率,新疆沙冬青在24%PEG6000处理下无种子萌发,复水后萌发率较高。由此得出,蒙古沙冬青的抗旱性高于新疆沙冬青。
In this study,Ammopiptanthus mongolicus and A.nanus were taken as the test materials to study the effects of drought stress on seed germination and seedling growth under different concentrations of PEG6000(0%,4%,8%,12%,16%,20%and 24%).The germination recovery abilities of the two species through the water addition after PEG6000 treatment was discussed.The results showed that with the increase of PEG6000 concentration,the germination,germination potential,relative daily germination rate of the seeds were inhibited with different degrees,germination process delayed,the radical and germ growth was also inhibited,and seed moisture content reduced.Overall,the effect of each index inhibition became more obvious with the increase of PEG6000 concentration.In addition,under the same conditions of drought stress,the inhibition degree of A.mongolicus was less than A.nanus.Through the water addition after PEG6000 treatment,the germination rate of seeds was still higher,and the germination recovery of A.mongolicus was higher than A.nanus,the seed germination of A.nanus under 24%PEG6000 treatment was zero,and was higher through the water addition.Thus,the drought resistance of A.mongolicus was higher than A.nanus.
