水溶性希夫碱锰配合物合成及其在棉织物低温炼漂中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 以水杨醛、苯胺、碳酸钠、浓硫酸、氰乙酰脲、乙酸锰为原料合成水溶性希夫碱锰配合物。用希夫碱锰配合物催化双氧水对棉针织物进行低温炼漂,通过单因素实验优化的应用工艺为:希夫碱锰配合物用量6μmol/L,30%H_2O_2用量8 g/L,氢氧化钠用量2 g/L,双氧水稳定剂M-1021CC用量0.5 g/L,精炼剂M-108A用量1 g/L,乙腈用量7.8 g/L,浴比1∶20,80℃炼漂50 min,70℃水洗10 min后再充分水洗、烘干,棉织物的白度为83.1%,毛效为10.5 cm/30 min,强力保留率为92.8%,表明水溶性希夫碱锰配合物和乙腈在棉织物双氧水低温炼漂中起到较好的催化作用。 The water-soluble schiff base manganese complex(WSb-M)was synthesized based on salicylaldehyde,aniline,sodium carbonate,concentrated sulfuric acid,cyanoacteylurea and manganese acetate as raw-materials.The lo w temperature scouring and bleaching of cotton knitted fabric wa scarried out by catalyzing hydrogen peroxide with schif f base manganese complex.The optimized application conditions b ysingle factor experiment were as follows:schiff bas e manganese complex6μmol/L,30%H2O2 8 g/L,sodium hydroxide 2 g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer M1-021CC0.5 g/L,refining agent M-108A 1 g/L,acetonitrile 7.8 g/L,bath ratio 1∶20,scouring and bleaching at 80℃for 50 min,washing at 70℃for 10 min followed by fully washing,drying.Thhei tweness of cotton fabric was 83.1%,the capillary effec t was 10.5 cm/30 min and the breaking strength retention was 92%.,8 indicating that the water-soluble schiff base mang-a nese complex and acetonitrile played a good catalytic role inh et low temperature scouring and bleaching of cotton fabri c with hydrogen peroxide.
