摘要
转变政府职能、建设人民满意的服务型政府,是党的十九大提出的重要任务。贯彻落实党的十九大精神,必须坚持突出人民主体地位,把人民满意作为服务型政府建设的价值归依和力量源泉;必须深刻认识新形势下进一步转变政府职能的重要性与紧迫性,并在改革中抓好两个统筹、突出三个重点。
Transforming government functions and building a service-oriented government with people’s satisfaction is an important task put forward by the 19th CPC National Congress.To carry out the spirit of the party,we must highlight the position of people as the subject and take the satisfaction of the people as the value orientation which is the source of strength for the construction of the service-oriented government;it is necessary to understand the importance and urgency of furthering transformation of government functions under new situation,and we should grasp the two overall arrangements of several aspects and highlight three key points in the next reforms.
