摘要
以网络为载体构建的在线学习共同体,由于不受时间、地点等条件制约,深受成人学习者的欢迎。学习参与意愿作为影响成人参与在线学习共同体决策的关键因素,正在成为学界关注的焦点。鉴于成人参与学习的行为决策大多伴有明确的目标,且成人学习具有鲜明的自我导向特征,因此以目标导向行为理论和自我决定理论为指导来探究成人参与在线学习共同体行为意愿的内在影响机制,是推进该领域研究的新视角和重要途径。已有研究指出,影响成人参与在线学习共同体意愿的内在变量主要有态度、主观规范、预期情绪、胜任力、关联感、欲望和感知行为控制。为进一步探究这些内在变量与行为意愿之间的关系,通过模型假设、量表编制、信度分析,并运用结构方程模型对研究假设进行检验,研究结果发现:关联感和感知行为控制对成人参与在线学习共同体的欲望有着显著的正向影响,而欲望又进一步正向影响成人参与行为意愿的产生,此外感知行为控制对成人参与在线学习共同体行为意愿有着直接的正向影响。
Online-learning community based on network became popular in adult learners,since it is not subject to conditions such as time and locations.As a key factor for the participator’s decision,learning behavioral intention has evoked hot issue in academic.Considering that adult behavioral decisions involved learning are mostly associated with clear goals and adult learning has distinct self-directed characteristics,the goal-directed behavior theory and self-determination theory are used to explore Internal Mechanism of adults’willingness to participate in the online learning community,which is a new perspective and an important way to advance the research in the field of adult learning.The internal variables affecting the adult’s willingness to participate in the online learning community included attitude,subjective norms,anticipated emotion,competence,relevance,desire and perceived behavior control,which has been proved in the prior research.In order to further explore the relationship between internal variables and behavioral willingness,the research hypothesis was tested by the means of model assumption,the scale compilation,the reliability and validity analysis and then the structural equation modeling(SEM).The results indicate that:relevance,perceived behavioral control have a significant positive impact on participating desire.The desire of adults to participate in online-learning community then further positively impacts on learning behavior intent.Meanwhile,the perceived behavioral has a direct positive impact on adults’learning behavior intent to participate in online-learning community.
