摘要
目的研究对2型糖尿病并椎-基底动脉脑供血不足患者应用奥扎格雷钠的临床治疗效果。方法随机2017年1月—2018年1月收治将84例2型糖尿病并椎-基底动脉脑供血不足患者分为对照组、研究组,每组各42例。所有患者均给予止吐、镇静、降糖等基础治疗,对照组同时给予盐酸丁咯地尔治疗,研究组给予奥扎格雷钠治疗。治疗2周,观察两组疗效。结果研究组血流速度、总有效率均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病并椎-基底动脉脑供血不足患者应用奥扎格雷钠治疗可显著改善供血不足症状,加快血流速度。
Objective To research the clinical effect of sodium ozagrel in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar cerebral insufficiency.Methods 84 cases of patients from January 2017 to January 2018 with type 2 diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar cerebral insufficiency admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 42 cases in each,all patients were given the basic therapy such as antiemetic,sedative and hypoglycemic therapy,while the control group were treated with buflomedil hydrochloride,while the research group were treated with sodium ozagrel,for two weeks,and the curative effect was observed.Results The blood flow rate and total effective rate in the research group were better than those in the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The sodium ozagrel in treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes combined with vertebrobasilar cerebral insufficiency can obviously improve the cerebral insufficiency symptom and accelerate the blood flow rate.
