丁苯酞软胶囊对急性大面积脑梗死患者血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平的影响 被引量:20

摘要 目的观察丁苯酞软胶囊对急性大面积脑梗死患者血清中神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平的影响。方法选择急性大面积脑梗死患者80例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,对照组常规用疏血通注射液6mL+生理盐水250mL静脉滴注,丁苯酞组为对照组加用丁苯酞软胶囊口服200mg,3次/d,连续治疗10d,分别于治疗前及治疗10d后各抽取患者肘静脉血检测NSE水平,并进行统计学分析。结果在治疗前NSE水平上,治疗组与对照组二者无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗10d后NSE水平较治疗前均有下降,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。对33例发病36h入院的患者采用动态观察方法,显示对照组随着发病时间的延长,血清NSE的含量也逐渐升高,其中NSE含量于发病后第72小时达到峰值,而后逐渐下降。而采用丁苯酞的治疗组在发病后72h、120h、168hNSE的含量均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞软胶囊能够减轻急性大面积脑梗死患者脑缺血及再灌注的损伤,对神经元具有保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of butylphthalide capsules on the neuron-specific enolase (NSE) levels of patients with acute massive cerebral infarction. Methods Eight), patients with acute massive cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group were injected 6mL Shuxuetong+250mL normal sodium,and the treatment group was added 200rag oral butylphthalide capsule into control solution,three times per day for consecutive 10 days.NSE levels of ulnar vein were statisticaliy analyzed respectively before treatment and after 10 days. Results There is no significant difference between the treat- ment group and control group in NSE levels before treating (P〉0.OS),but after 10 days'treatment NSE levels of the treatment group and control group all decreased,and the former was lower than the latter (P〈0.05).The dynamic observation in 33 cases of patients hospitalized within 36h showed NSE levels of the control group decreased gradually,and achieved peak value after 72h,then gradually deereased.Howrever,NSE levels of the treatment group in 72,120,168h lower than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide soft capsules can relieve cerebral isehemia and reperfusion injury of acute large area cerebral infarction, which have protective effect on neurons.
