发酵苹果渣对獭兔生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫指标的影响 被引量:12

Effects of fermented apple pomace on growth performance,carcass characteristics,meat quality and immune indices of Rex rabbits

摘要 为研究发酵苹果渣对獭兔生长性能、屠宰性能、肉品质和免疫指标的影响,选择45日龄健康生长獭兔96只(公母各半),采用单因素试验设计,随机分成4个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复6只獭兔。分别饲喂基础日粮(CK)、10%发酵苹果渣(试验Ⅰ组)、20%发酵苹果渣(试验Ⅱ组)、30%发酵苹果渣(试验Ⅲ组)。预试期5 d,正式期50 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,添加30%发酵苹果渣饲喂獭兔后能够显著提高平均日增重和耗料增重比(P<0.05);(2)30%发酵苹果渣组能够显著提高被毛重量、全净膛重、半净膛重和肉中蛋白质含量,分别提高14.3%、9.6%、8.9%和5.25%(P<0.05);(3)与对照组相比,20%和30%发酵苹果渣组能够显著提高血液免疫指标Ig G含量(P<0.05),分别提高7.94%和7.52%。综上,添加发酵苹果渣饲喂獭兔具有提高獭兔生产性能、屠宰性能,改善其肉品质和提高血液免疫的作用,在本试验条件下以添加30%的效果最佳。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of fermented apple pomace(FAP)on the growth performance,carcass characteristics,meat quality and immune indices of Rex rabbits.Ninety-five healthy Rex rabbits(half male and half fem ale)with 45 days old were selected and randomly divided into four treatment groups,each with four replicates,each with six Rex rabbits.The basal diet(C K),10%FAP+basal diet,20%FAP+basal d iet,30%FAP+basal diet were fed respectively.Pre-test period was 5 d,formal experiments was 50 d.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control groupfeeding Rex rabbits with 30%FAP could significant increase growth performance and feed-gain ratio(P<0.05)increased by 14.3%,9.6%,8.9%,and 5.25%respectively(P<0.05);(2)Adding 30%FAP could significantly improve the weight of the coatquality,the total eviscerated weight,the semi-eviscerated weight and the meat protein content(P<0.05)and respectively increased by 14.3%,9.6%,8.9%,5.25%;(3)Compared with the control group,adding 2 0%and 30%FAP could significantly increase the IgG level of serum immunoglobulin,and increased by 7.94%and 7.52%respectively.In summary,addition of FAP could improve Rex rabbits'growth performance,carcass characteristics,meat quality and enhance the level of blood immunity.Under the experimental conditions,adding 30%FAP was suggested.
