摘要
为研究刺五加对贵妃鸡生长性能的影响,试验选择21日龄的健康贵妃鸡100只(公母各半),随机分成4组,每组25只,对照组、试验1组、2组、3组分别添加0%、0.5%、1%、1.5%的刺五加,试验进行91 d。结果表明:不同剂量的刺五加均能不同程度的提高贵妃鸡的平均体重、平均日增重(P<0.05),其中以添加1%刺五加的效果最明显。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different Acanthopanax levels on growth performance of princess chickens.One hundred healthy of twenty one old princess chickens(sex balanced)were randomly divided into four groups,each group included twenty fifth birds.Trial group were supplemented with 0%,0.5%,1%,1.5%Acanthopanax,the test feeding period was 91 days.The results showed that feeding Acanthopanax could significantly increase the average daily gain(A D G)and weight of princess chicken s,the appropriate level of acanthopanax was recommended to be 1%.
