摘要
采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)/无水乙醇混合溶剂溶解聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),研究其溶解动力学。根据溶度参数相近原则确定MMA与无水乙醇的体积比,采用阿贝折射仪测量PMMA的MMA/无水乙醇溶液的折射率,拟合出PMMA的MMA/无水乙醇溶液浓度与折射率的关系。采用针入度测试仪测定PMMA的溶胀厚度,确定出平均扩散系数方程和溶解速率与温度的关系式以及Uueberriter关系式,理论预测PMMA在MMA/无水乙醇混合溶剂中的溶解工艺,为溶剂溶解回收废PMMA提供了一条经济、环保,高附加值的路径。
The dissolving kinetics of polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)was studied via mixed solvents of anhydrous ethanol and methyl methacrylate(MMA).The volume ratio of anhydrous ethanol/MMA was determined according to the principle of solubility parameter similarity.The refractive index of PMMA in anhydrous ethanol/MMA solution was measured by Abbe refractometer to fit out the refractive index as a function of PMMA concentration in anhydrous ethanol/MMA solution.The swelling thickness of PMMA was measured by the penetration instrument.The average diffusion coefficient equation,the dissolution velocity as a function of temperature and Ueberriter equation were established accordingly.Finally,the dissolving process of PMMA dissolved in mixed solvent of anhydrous ethanol and MMA was predicted,which provides an economic,environmentally friendly and high value-added route for dissolving recovery of waste PMMA.
