摘要
研究了配制条件对聚丙烯酰胺水溶液粘度的影响。实验结果表明,在不同的搅拌速度、温度下配制溶液,聚丙烯酰胺水溶液的最终粘度相差很大,同时发现聚丙烯酰胺溶解形成水溶液后,粘度性质稳定。聚丙烯酰胺在溶解过程中可能形成了一种决定粘度的二次结构,这种结构的形成与配制过程中的搅拌速度、温度等有关,一旦形成此结构,搅拌速度和温度的改变不再对溶液粘度产生影响。
The effect of dissolving conditions on the final viscosity of polyacrylamide (PAAM) aqueous solution was investigated. Large variations of the final viscosities of polyacrylamide solution prepared under different temperatures and stirring speeds were observed. It was also found that the final viscosities of these PAAM solutions were basically constant once the solution was prepared. It was suggested that some kind of secondary structure having great effect on the viscosity of PAAM solution might be formed during the dissolving process. The stirring speed and dissolving temperature paid an important role on the forming of the secondary structure. Yet the formed secondary structure was not affected by the changing of conditions anymore, thus, the final viscosity of the PAAM solution was stable.
