摘要
针对一种模块化液压动力换挡变速器样机,设计了动力性换挡规律。对于稳态规律不能适应车辆动态工况以及油门突变情况下易导致误换挡问题,以油门开度、油门变化率、加速度和车速为参数,设计了4参数的模糊控制方法进行修正。分析车辆在坡道工况下出现循环换挡的原因,基于递推最小二乘法设计坡道预测和坡道换挡控制方法。仿真实验表明,模糊控制方法可以有效提高整车起步动力性,消除快速给油导致的误换挡;所设计坡道换挡控制方法可以有效识别坡度并消除循环换挡。
A dynamic shift schedule is designed for the prototype of hydraulic power shift automatic transmission.The steady-state schedule cannot adapt to dynamic condition,aiming at the problems including wrong shift caused by sudden change of throttle,a four-parameter fuzzy control method is designed to modify based on throttle opening,throttle change rate,acceleration and speed.Based on the recursive least square method,a road ramp prediction and shift control schedule is designed in order to eliminate the cyclic shift.A model of vehicle is built,the result of simulation proved that the fuzzy control method successfully improve the acceleration performance and eliminate wrong shift under fast fuel filling.The ramp shifting control method can effectively identify the slope and eliminate the cyclic shift.
