摘要
提出了油门钝化方法,用于解决装备AMT变速器的越野车辆经常出现车辆意外换挡及频繁换挡的问题.讨论了油门钝化控制策略对解决意外换挡及频繁换挡问题的可行性及其影响因素,通过采用步进的方式对油门信号进行处理,可以有效屏蔽短时间内油门剧烈变换对车辆换挡的影响.设计了油门钝化控制策略及控制软件.实车试验结果表明,采用油门钝化控制策略的越野车辆意外换挡及频繁换挡的现象得到了有效控制.
The passivated method of accelerator is proposed to avoid the unexpected shifting and frequent shifting of off-road vehicles with AMT. The feasibility and influence complications of the accelerator passivated control strategy were theoretically analyzed. The accelerator signal was treated with step by step method, so the influence of sheer change of the accelerator signal on the shifting was avoided. The eontrol strategy and software are designed. The result of vehicle test approve that the unexpected shifting and frequent shifting of the vehicles which used the passivated eontrol strategy were avoided effectively.
