摘要
频繁发生的爆破片失效事故,为具有超压风险的容器及设备的安全运行带来了隐患。分析了可能引起爆破片失效的8个因素,分别为设计爆破压力或操作压力不当、设计爆破温度或操作温度不当、内部介质腐蚀、外部环境腐蚀、夹持力不足或不均匀、爆破片磕碰或损伤、爆破片进出口法兰配合不当、爆破片泄压侧防护不当等因素,详细探讨了各因素对爆破片爆破性能的影响规律,并给出了事故案例,可为防止爆破片发生类似失效事故提供参考。
The frequent occurrence of bursting disc failure accidents has brought hidden dangers to the safe operation of containers and equipment with overpressure risks.Eight influence factors which may cause bursting disc failure accidents were analyzed,including the improper design of blasting pressure or operating pressure,improper design of blasting temperature or operating temperature,the internal medium corrosion,the external environment corrosion,the insufficient or uneven clamping force,the knock or damage of bursting disc,improper mating of bursting disc and the inlet and out flanges,and improper protection of the relief side of the bursting disc.The influence of factors on the blasting characteristics were discussed in detail,and cases of failure accidents were given,which can provide references for preventing occurrence of similar failure accidents with the bursting discs.
